Our friendly, experienced, and qualified staff are essential to the success of our preschool. Along with holding the relevant childcare qualifications, they are trained in child protection, health and safety, first aid, and food hygiene.

Denise Reynolds, took over leadership of Little Acorns in 2023.

Deputy Leader
Helen Smyth joined Little Acorns in 2013 as an assistant, and after completing her Level 5 qualification, she was promoted to deputy leader in 2022.

Assistants

Nicola McKinley has been a classroom assistant since she was firstly appointed in St Andrews Playgroup in 1997.
Rachael Williamson joined the team in November 2012.
